1. Booking and Check-In/Out

  • Reservations require accurate guest details and a valid payment method. Full payment is due at check-in unless prepayment is required. Cancellations and amendments must be arranged through our reservations office; penalty charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at the front desk and may incur additional charges.

2. Guest Conduct and Safety

  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any guest for inappropriate or unlawful behavior.
  • The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms. Safe deposit lockers are available at no charge.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • Full payment must be settled prior to or upon check-in, via cash, credit card, or approved online payment methods. The hotel may require an incidental deposit, refundable upon inspection at check-out.
  • Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and may change without notice.

4. Liability and Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to recover costs from the guest for repairs or replacements beyond normal wear and tear.
  • The hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses suffered during the stay, except where required by law.

5. Reservation Amendments and Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival and no-shows may incur charges up to the full cost of the reservation.
  • During peak seasons, prepayment may be required to guarantee reservations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Guest data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Amendments

  • The hotel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests are advised to review them regularly for changes.
